ING Real Estate is to build the first shopping center in Alessandria in a green area where also residential is foreseen.
The project, in phase of realization, will rise in the eastern expansion zone of Alessandria inside the ring road.
Partner is Panorama, an Italian leading company in alimentary sale and development for commercial purposes.
The area, situated on the new connection axis between the city center and the junction of the ring road, will also include the realization of a new residential complex of approximately 1000 apartments, developed in synergy with the shopping center of approximately 25.000 m² that will lodge sixty stores including supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and services. The center will range parking at costumers' disposal. The operation foresees the financing by ING Real Estate Finance and the sale to a fund of ING Real Estate Asset Management.
