One of the largest multi-use developments currently underway in Europe. The 225,000 sq.m. complex provides a unique mix of retail and modern office space in the heart of Warsaw.
The architect of the complex, David Rogers, describes it as “an architectural park where the contrast between individual and natural elements has been utilized to the full. A mix of greenery, water and other natural elements creates a unique mosaic of colors and patterns. The public section is designed to emphasize the urban character of the center—a fun place to be even on a gray, rainy November day.”
This project won an international award last year in the Retail & Leisure category at the MIPIM international real estate event in Cannes, France. The jury applied criteria such as infrastructure and access, originality, the concept and the technical and architectural qualities. An award of this kind is seen as a great merit in the real estate world.
Zlote Tarasy is attractively located, close to main roads and public transport junctions in the city. The center is easy to access by car and public transport. Over 1.6 million people live within 30 minutes of the new center. Zlote Tarasy is expected to attract around 1 million visitors a month, many on a regular basis.
