Although newly built, the complex is externally a copy of the original Catsheuvel Plaza, an Art Deco residential hotel that was built at the same location in 1928 and was demolished 75 years later.
Cats’Heuvel houses 52 luxuriously appointed rental apartments and an underground car park.
