Alessandria 2000 promotes living in a green environment without renouncing to city lifestyle.
The plan will be realized in phases; the first is almost ready to be executed. The location is the eastern expansion zone of Alessandria, located inside the ring road as natural development of the city center. Partner is Radice Fossati, leading company in the Italian real estate market for residential and commercial use. The area, situated on the new connection axis between the city center and the junction of the ring road, will also include the realization of a shopping center of approximately 25.000 m², consisting of supermarket, shops, services and a large parking.
