The development site is located in the centre of South Budapest's prime district, District XI. It is an established retail destination easily accesible from Buda an Pest.

 

The multifunctional development wil be realized on 135,000 m² in total and will incorporate 47,000 m² of retail space and leisure area on three floors including a 6,500 m² supermarket in the basement 8,000 m² office space. 88 residential units sized between 35-130 m² and 1280 parking lots on three underground levels will be developed in addition creating a new city centre of the area, which comprises also the restructuring of the surroundings by building a tunnel, a public underground parking with 300 plots and a walking street between the building complex and the existing market. Having a direct catchment area of more than half milion people with an above-average purchasing power, two nearby-located stops of new metro line No.4 wil ensure the commercial succes of the development.
