This offices project is located in the "Claude Bernard" area, on the north-est of Paris. It used to be the site of a hospital.
This area was re-designed by the public land planner SEMAVIP, to welcome a mixed-use programme divided into 2 plots.
On plot T ING RED and Icade Tertial will develop 3 office buildings and 470 parking places. On plot M residential units, retail activities and amenities will be built.
