ING Real Estate and ATEMI have been selected to develop a mixed-use program of 27 850 m² SHON combining offices, housings and retails in Lyon Confluence. The project was chosen for its originality and its ambition to create a new urban shape.
Besides the innovative architectural aspect of the building, which aims to avoid division, the project should also provide better quality of life and answer an environmental approach that offers performing solutions both on the urban, architectural and technical sides.
Five different architects designed this building: Erick van Egeraat, Emmanuel Combarel, Manuelle Gautrand Agency, Pierre Gautier and MVRDV – Winy Maas. The central garden designed by West 8, (Adriaan Geuze).
This puzzle of diverse hands benefits from numerous qualities including:
