The project is located in the municipality of Pobla Vallbona, between Pobla Vallbona and La Eliana. Both villages are located close to Valencia.
Our project has an excellent connection with the capital, 15km by the CV-35 Ademuz dual carriageway and suburban train. Next to this, it is located close to the Osito Park Shopping Centre, which has been currently enlarged.
