ING Real Estate Development is developing a new shopping centre in the Madrid town of Alcalá de Henares. Alcalá Magna shall be the name of the future shopping complex which shall occupy a net commercial area of 34,105 square metres. The area shall also have 1,250 parking spaces.
Alcalá Magna shopping centre, situated in Avenida Miguel de Unamuno, next to the Alcalá de Henares Bull Ring, has a 34,200 m² net leasing area at its disposal on five different levels and two underground parking areas and another parking area on the ground level.
