In the heart of this vital business district, ING Real Estate developed the Campus Niederrad. This project consists of a redeveloped 18-storey high-rise and a new 7-storey office carré.
The high rise is one of the highest buildings in Niederrad and therefore a significant landmark, which can already be seen from the highway A5. It has been redeveloped into a state of the art office building with high quality materials and is fully let to Colt Telekom.
