If you want to go shopping or go out for a drink, you can check out Metropole Zličín, Vítězné náměstí, or the centre of Prague. Another advantage is that an international nursery school, primary school and grammar school can be found nearby, in Arabská Street.
Residential units & interior standards
The residential complex, covering an area of 4,2 ha, contains 184 units located in nine apartment buildings and four villas. All apartments have terraces, balconies or conservatories, ensuring residents maximum privacy. Car parking will be available in underground garages with a total of 210 spaces. The apartments are designed in all categories 1+kk to 5+kk, from 50m2 to 210m2. The apartments have storage units in the basement of the buildings. Standard materials include wooden flooring, wooden lamellar door frames, 2,1m high doors, Italian tiling in the bathrooms and toilets, and Czech sanitary facilities and chrome fittings.
Development phase
The construction of 1st phase is currently under construction and is due for completion in Spring 2006. Construction of the villas nearer Liboc Pond has begun and is scheduled for completion in Spring 2007.
