On Tuesday 9 January the delivery took place of the Strawinskylaan 10, a former insurance exchange.
Law firm Fresfields Bruckhaus Deringer from Amsterdam is the tenant. The investor is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH from Germany.
The former insurance exchange is renovated extensively. The interior is totally renewed and the facade has been drastically changed. The reputable architect David Chipperfield from London has designed the new facade as well as the interior. The plan has been implemented by ZZDP architects from Amsterdam while JP van Eesteren has been responsible for the construction.
The office is 8,000m² and contains 84 parking places in an integral garage.
