Montevideo wins Rotterdam Construction and Quality Award

Both Residential Tower Montevideo on the Kop van Zuid and a renovation project Bellamystraat/Aagjedekenstraat in Spangen have won the Rotterdam Construction and Quality award. It is the first time in 16 years two projects are awarded at the same time.
The jury had decided to award two projects, because they both are inextricably Rotterdam projects and each project is grading up the supply and level of the residential and construction quality of the city on its own typical way.
The construction quality award is an annual price for the best quality construction project. Quality that describes the construction as well as the architecture and comfortable living.
