On the 14th of December, the Municipality of Amsterdam and OMC (a partnership between ING Real Estate, BAM Vastgoed and Ballast Nedam Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij) have signed a development agreement to realise the Getz project.
The construction of Getz, an entertainment centre with high-quality cultural facilities in the heart of Amsterdam southeast, will start in the first half year of 2008.
