On 2 March 2006, IDTV has announced to become the new tenant of the Kraanspoor project in Amsterdam. They will rent approx. 5,000 m² of 10,000 m² in total. 5,000 m² is still for rent.
The rent of the remaining m² starts at 185 euros a m² for office space and 1,150 euros a parking place. Both prices: price level 1 January 2006. The actual rental price depends on the location and the rented m².

Start of build: May 2006
Completion: from Augustus 2007
