Holland Park Apartments Sp. z o.o. purchased two buildings in housing complex Holland Park Apartments in central Warsaw from ING Real Estate.
The transaction was finalized by Richard Keen from Keen Property Partners on behalf on overseas clients.
The project Holland Park Apartments includes 64 exclusive apartments together with the underground garage in two freestanding buildings in the very center of Warsaw, at the crossing of Plac Trzech Krzyzy and Ksiazeca St. The new owner has already started introducing new arrangements, including additional improvements to the housing standard and new recreational facilities are planned.
The apartment houses were developed in 2001. The complex is the connection of modern technical solutions and original architecture. The elevations of the buildings are kept in light beige color scheme, connected with elements in metallic grey - natural send stone, stucco, glass and aluminium were used. The well-designed garden completes the whole complex. Owning to its scale and open character, it is a natural connection with the adjacent town park.
Apart from esthetic values, this project stands out because of its convenience and comfort for the users. The buildings have been designed for maximum funcionality and isolation from hustle and bustle of the city center.
