Last week ING RED Hungary finalized the purchase of the Buda Skala Project. Chapman Taylor LLP is leading this phase of the design process and Finta Studio Kft. is acting as consultant. The master planning and scheme design are in the final stage.
The project is in the heart of one of the densest residential areas of Budapest, at the west bank of the Danube. The site is a traditional shopping destination.
The planning is to create close to 40.000 m² of retail space, about 10.000 m² leisure, a few offices and parking. Additional residential units will be developed on the site.
