Portfolio management approach
We have a broad range of funds and separate accounts in three key real estate sectors: private equity, public equity (including hedge funds) and commercial real estate debt investments. The primary mission of every portfolio manager is to meet or exceed stated investment objectives, particularly investment performance. Our approach is based on the in-depth research provided by our global Research and Strategy Team (comprised of more than 50 professionals around the world); top-down research is used to develop portfolio strategy and identify target markets; bottom-up research integrates local market analyses into each investment decision.
