ING Real Estate Traineeship
The ING Real Estate traineeship is a two-year programme aimed at developing you into an allround real estate professional. The traineeship is open to talented and ambitious master graduates who wish to improve their knowledge of international real estate and also want to develop personally. We will coach and train you to contribute substantially to the continuous development of our company now and in the future.
We offer you an in-depth insight on all aspects of the international real estate market in great pace. The programme consists of three terms of eight months each. During each term as trainee you participate in different projects in our three business lines. We assume that you like to operate hands-on and take responsibility at the same time. In addition you take part in a personal development plan. This plan is based on your personal objectives formulated for each term. Our part is to give you intensive coaching.
Requirements
- You are a master graduate with a degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Urban and Rural Planning, Social Geography or Legal
- You have no more than two years of working experience and you have preferably demonstrable interest in real estate
- Your flexible attitude and your ambition to work with performance oriented professionals perfectly matches the profile to face the complex nature of our services
- You have developed skills from extra curricular activities like volunteer work, internships, or committee activities
- You have an international mindset, you are an entrepreneur and you are innovative and creative.

We have completed our selection procedure for the Real Estate Traineeship 2008. The recruitment and selection procedure for the Traineeship that starts September 2009 will start Autumn 2008 and closes early 2009.
