Description
From the corporate Legal department you are dedicated to the business line Finance. You will advise in cross-border deals from the position of real estate financer. You deal with every possible aspect of international corporate law, risk management and structured finance related to real estate projects and investments. You operate in an international setting in close cooperation with other specialists of ING Group.
Your responsibilities are:
- Advise and counsel the business Line Finance in their daily legal practices
- Advise management from a legal point of view and be involved in strategical decisions
- Inform management on the progress and risks of juridical procedures and transactions
- Manage external lawyers and keep a close eye on budget
- Coach junior legal counsels.
Prerequisites
- You have a master's degree in Dutch Law (Nederlands Recht) or Dutch Notary Law (Notarieel Recht).
- You have a record of at least five years as a corporate Legal Counsel.
- You preferably have experience in property finance and in dealing with transactions preferrably in an international setting.
- You are immune to stress and your communication skills are excellent.
- Your (legal) English is perfect both orally as in writing.
