Description
The Information Manager Europe is accountable for the coordination of information management within ING REIM Europe in order to provide optimal (project)support of IT activities to the European organisation and the local offices. The Information Manager Europe is also responsible for the translation of the Global IM policy into the European IM policy and the execution. The Information Manager Europe reports to the Chief Operations Officer Europe.
Responsibilities
- Formulates and maintains the information strategy REIM Europe in collaboration with local business users, processes and requirements.
- Responsible to translate the information strategy of REIM Europe into a feasible execution plan and communicate on the progress of this plan
- Is responsible for set up and ensure compliance with governance and implementation of standard project management methods.
- Is responsible for the coordination of implementation of information policies within REIM.
- Contributes to the realization of corporate IT projects and coordinates the REIM Europe specific activities.
- Reports on progress of the REIM Europe projects.
- Creates IT related project plans and monitors planning, capacity and budget of the projects in coordination with the Country Managers.
- Sets up a test plan for the specific project and coordinates execution.
- Sets up education plan for the specific project and coordinates execution.
- Monitors effective transfer of project to local management.
- Acts in compliance with general and job specific ING rules, regulations and codes of conduct.
Prerequisites
- You have an academic degree, specialization Information Management and > 6 years relevant experience in an ICT (change) international environment;
- Knowledge of the real estate market is preferable;
- Required competences are progress monitoring, customer focus and persuasiveness;
- You have good communication skills and you are able to write concise Dutch and English.
Remarks
This is a full time position of 36 hours (or 38).
