Communication Advisor HR

Description

The communication advisor within the Human Resources department of ING Real Estate will be responsible for:

• Preparing the policy on internal HR and labour market communication
• Translating communication policy into communication plans
• Developing and contributing to communication instruments (media) like newsletters, leaflets, internet- and intranet (Career site) etc.
• Gathering, compiling and writing content on HR activities.
• Deciding which communication instrument to use to publish information on HR activities
• Monitoring progress made in order to control communication progress
• Advising management on how to deploy HR communication instruments and coaches management in the use of HR communication instruments by choice of instrument and timing.

Prerequisites

• University degree, preferably communications
• A minimum of 2 years experience as communication advisor, preferably with editorial background
• Experience in HR communications is a plus
• The ability to work cooperatively within a team and with diverse groups
• An energetic and proactive disposition
• The ability to attend to detail and accuracy, as well as to see the ‘bigger picture’ 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Organisational and planning skills
• Highly literate in computer skills
