Management Accounting Associate

Description

ING Real Estate’s Finance business line specialises in financing commercial real estate (offices, retail space, business accommodation and residential). Our national and international clients are interested in customised finance structures, such as mortgage loans, project financing, real estate leasing, balance sheet financing and structured finance.

For the Management Accounting and Financial Reporting Department we are seeking a Management Accounting Associate. As an Associate, you are responsible for the following work areas :

• The compilation of (periodic) management reports within the planning and control cycle. In doing so, you will work closely with the domestic and foreign offices of ING Real Estate Finance
• The performance of financial analyses and checks to substantiate commercial recommendations for the Finance business line management team
• Contributing towards the development of calculation models, commercial scenarios, rolling forecasts and feasibility studies
• Taking care of the figures in the MTP, and participating in project groups that are focussed on the (further) automation of the financial information service, among other things.

Prerequisites

We would like to interview candidates who recognise themselves in the following profile:

• You have completed an academic study programme (in business economics), preferably supplemented with formal training to qualify as a Register Controller. Moreover, you have two to four years’ relevant work experience
• You are enterprising, decisive, ambitious, results and collaboration-oriented and possess insight into developments within the field
• You can undertake quick and effective analyses and calculations of financial issues
• You have authority and flair and a good command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.

This is a fulltime position of 36 (or 38) hours.
