Cash Manager

Description

• Propose, implement and keep running regional cash management structure in order to effectively utilize (profit from free) cash to the maximum extent (cash pooling structures) but still keeping flexibility needed
• Arrangement and review of regular cash flow forecasts in co-operation with local Finance Managers
• Supervising and support local Finance Managers in regular cash flow distribution as well as ad-hoc cash flows (at acquisitions etc)
• Proposing and implementation of internal treasury policies, e.g. cash management, cash distribution policies etc.
• Co-operation with the Treasurer and possibly Treasury Manager in Head office in The Hague to assure compliance with ING Real Estate Investment Management policies. Support of local Finance managers during implementation of policies.
• Preparation/Consolidation of regular reports and analyses.
• In cooperation with the Treasurer: preparation and implementation of internal financing structures. Regular reviews and proposals for possible improvements.
• Preparation, review and consolidation of reports for investors, banks, management, etc.
• Improvement of utilization of overall electronic banking system, adopting and implementing consistent policy.  Reviewing with local Finance Managers, proposals for improvements.
• Cooperation with Financial Controller(s) on reports with regards to Treasury function(s).
• Supporting the Treasurer in appropriate aspects of his/her tasks
• Reporting to Treasurer Central Europe.

Prerequisites

• Ideally some years of experience in an international company at similar position (cash management, intragroup funding) or a  bank – structured cash management products, regional experience preferred 
• Good command of English (written/spoken). Contracts, dealing with partners, correspondence are all in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
