I started working for ING Real Estate as an external consultant, and as soon as my engagement was finished, I realized that this was where I wanted to work. I think that the pool of international, entrepreneurial and highly talented individuals is what makes this company so special.
The company
ING is a Dutch company, and the Dutch are open-minded, good business people, direct and straightforward. I also like the real estate business and development in particular, working in a team and achieving tangible results.

I spent eight years at PwC before joining ING Real Estate Development in France as Financial Director in January 2002. My main responsibilities are managing reporting as well as advising on local development. I am also in charge of HR, legal affairs, tax issues, compliance, partnerships, sales to investors and project financing.
I’m a very cosmopolitan person. I see myself as a citizen of the world and, for me, the ING lion represents the rich diversity of cultures, colours and backgrounds in the company. Another positive aspect of my job is the fact that I can use English on a daily basis, something that is quite unusual in France.
Unlimited ambitions and highly talented individuals
ING Real Estate is a strong company, with unlimited ambitions and highly talented individuals. Its culture is all about integrity, ethical business practices, quality, client focus, innovation and ambition. I also feel part of the big ING ‘family’, which has a great spirit, solidarity, friendship and respect.
I get greatest satisfaction from finalising a deal, building my business network and being recognised as a good professional. I also very much like the team spirit within our office, as well as in the company as a whole. This is my driving force.
