Real Estate
Since we are an integrated group that is engaged in developing, financing and managing quality real estate in all of the world’s major markets we have numerous real estate related positions. These include Relationship Managers for real estate finance, Account Managers, Acquisition Managers, Real Estate Project Developers, Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers and Research Consultants.
Information Technology
We have our own IT department, which provides the IT infrastructure and support for most of our offices worldwide. Job titles include: Information Managers, IT Analysts, Systems Developers, Systems Administrators, Functional Administrators Network Engineers, Project Managers, Helpdesk Operators and Security Consultants.
Risk Management and Treasury
The Risk Management department ensures that the business conducted within each business line of ING Real Estate is consistent with the credit risk guidelines of ING Group Corporate Credit Risk Management while not jeopardizing the entrepreneurial spirit of ING Real Estate. Within risk management there are various areas of expertise: market risk management, operational risk management, central risk management and insurance risk management. Some examples of positions are: Market Risk Manager, Appraiser, Operational Risk Manager, Manager Credit Restructuring, Treasurer or Corporate Funding manager.
Legal and Compliance
The Legal department provides services on legal aspects of the organisation and products of ING Real Estate in such an adequate, creative and flexible way, that these will contribute to the realization of the business objectives and safeguard the integrity of ING Real Estate. The scope of the Compliance function relates to compliance risk related laws, regulations and standards which are specific to the financial services industry and which are issued by legislative bodies that are relevant to ING’s businesses, or by ING Group Compliance. Examples of positions are: Legal Counsels, Compliance Officers.
Finance and Accounting
Within this field of expertise there are opportunities as for example ontroller, Associate Financial or Management Accounting, Project Administrator, Funding Associate, Manager Project Accounting or SOX Coordinator. You can be part of the corporate staff departments or operate within one of the business lines.
Human Resources
The Human Resources department focuses on all aspects of Human Resources Management such as organisational advice, recruitment & selection, education, talent management and development, succession planning, performance management, appraisal and remuneration. Examples of HR positions are: HR managers, Compensation & Benefits Specialists, HR Consultants, HR Development Consultants, Programme and Change manager, Training Consultants, Talent manager, Recruitment officers, HR Operations Assistant.
Marketing & Communication
The Corporate Communications department supports all business lines and staff departments worldwide. The range of the tasks is very wide. Positions include multimedia communications advisor, Advisor exhibitions and events, internal communications advisor. Also in the field of marketing there are opportunities since each Business Line has its own marketing department.
