Applications procedure

The applications procedure may vary by country and position. In general, the first selection round takes place based on the basis of your resume and cover letter. If your qualifications match our requirements you will be invited to one or several job interviews with the appropriate manager and/or a Human Resources representative. In some cases an assessment or skills testing may be part of the selection procedure. Open applications
For open applications, check the list of HR contacts and select the person to contact in your area. You may also register your details online on the ING Careers website.
When you register on the ING Career Website, you will be assigned a login name and a password. You will have the opportunity to set up a profile that can be viewed by all ING recruiters who are attempting to match candidates with open positions.
