ING Real Estate is a member of key property industry groups. These memberships help drive our commitment to industry best-practices and thought leadership. The groups are:

• Property Council Australia (Corporate Leaders membership). The Council’s main service is to champion the interests of the property industry in the political arena. Its major areas of focus are taxation, planning strategy, development and building controls, urban policy and economic growth, environment, lease legislation and trading hours.

• Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). The GBCA is a national, not-for-profit organisation that is uniquely supported by both industry and governments across the country. Its mission is to develop a sustainable property industry for Australia and drive the adoption of green building practices through market-based solutions.

• Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). The UDIA is a federation of state associations that aim to foster sustainable development in the urban development industry.
